Immediately Job Description This person provides direct instruction to students outside of the school day. Instruction may be provided in a school building, or public building, or in the student's home.

• Confers with classroom teacher (s), counselor, social worker or other school personnel on the student's needs.
• Develops and completes instructional lessons.
• Completes assessments and reports as may be needed.
• Provides the student and the family with supplementary instructional material as may be needed to reinforce lessons.
• My application affirms, that I have read and understand that the information which I have provided with this application process and the accompanying resume is true and complete to the best of my knowledge.
