• Deliver personalized, engaging instruction tailored to each student's goals and learning style
• Communicate progress and challenges clearly with parents, teachers, and the Total Tutoring team
• Complete brief, timely session notes using our online platform
• Adjust strategies as needed to meet evolving academic needs
• Create a welcoming, encouraging learning environment that supports student confidence and success
• Travel to students' homes or meet at local libraries for in-person sessions (depending on the family's preferences) What We're Looking For

• Experienced Educators:

  You have at least a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience tutoring or teaching

• Dependable & Professional:

  You show up prepared and on time, and you take pride in helping students grow

• Flexible & Available:

  You're available 2-10 hours per week, including afternoons, evenings, or weekends
