Professional Development:

Continuous learning opportunities to support your growth as an educator. Responsibilities Review and prepare daily lesson content in advance. Provide individualized instruction to 1-3 students using PLUS Education's proprietary curriculum. Monitor and track students' progress, performance, and engagement. Collaborate closely with the Center Director and staff to support each student's academic development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Must be available for in-person tutoring in Ellicott City, MD. Must pass our internal teacher assessment (based on college entrance exam-level English and/or Math). Must pass a background check and be eligible to work with minors. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
