The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a passion for education. The Tutor will work closely with students to identify learning gaps and create customized lesson plans to help them achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities
  • Drive to family homes for sessions. Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
  • Provide one-on-one instruction and support to students in a face to face or online setting.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed.
  • Communicate with students, and parents to ensure that students are meeting their tutoring goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and lesson plans.
  • Conduct research and gather materials necessary for instruction.
  • Ensure that all interactions with students are safe, respectful, and inclusive. Experience Experience working with children of various ages, including preschool and early childhood education and elementary preferred.
  • Proven experience in the field of education. Experience with lesson planning and time management.
  • Ability to work effectively with students who require additional support. A strong commitment to education and a passion for helping students succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with parents.
  • Strong educational background, preferably relevant certifications and degrees.
