The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various subjects, including mathematics, science, and technology. This role involves working closely with students to enhance their understanding of complex concepts, improve their academic performance, and foster a love for learning. The Tutor will create engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and utilize effective learning technologies to facilitate instruction. Duties Assess students' academic strengths and weaknesses to develop customized tutoring plans. Provide instruction in subjects such as Simple math's, Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Microbiology, Geometry, and Data Structures. Create and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities. Utilize learning technology tools to enhance the tutoring experience. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and motivation. Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement. Provide support with homework assignments and exam preparation. Maintain records of student performance and feedback. Requirements Proficiency in subjects including, Differential Equations, Trigonometry, Microbiology, Geometry, and Data Structures. Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is preferred. Strong skills in lesson planning and the ability to adapt lessons based on individual student needs. Familiarity with various learning technologies that can aid in instruction. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching are essential qualities for this role. Previous tutoring experience is a plus but not required.
