Overview We are seeking a versatile and energetic individual to join our team in a multifaceted support role that includes cleaning, language tutoring, and virtual assistance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic environment by providing essential cleaning services, assisting with language instruction in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, and English, as well as supporting various administrative and virtual tasks. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic and welcoming environment across multiple areas Provide tutoring sessions in Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, or English tailored to individual learning needs Assist with curriculum development and lesson planning to enhance language learning experiences Manage classroom activities effectively, ensuring engaging and productive sessions for children and students of various ages Support virtual assistance tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and technical troubleshooting using learning technology tools Work closely with children and students to foster literacy education, early childhood development, and special education needs Maintain organized records of tutoring sessions, progress reports, and classroom activities Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or custodial work with attention to detail and efficiency Strong tutoring or teaching background in one or more of the following languages: Spanish, French, Portuguese, Mandarin, Japanese, or English Knowledge of curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and learning technology tools Experience working with children or students in educational settings; preschool or early childhood experience is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with writing proficiency for educational content and reports Ability to adapt teaching methods for diverse learners including those with special education needs Familiarity with literacy education strategies and working with students across different age groups Bilingual abilities in additional languages are a plus; fluency in Mandarin or Japanese is especially valued Join us in creating an enriching environment where education meets care!
