Experience working with immigrant families, preferably migrant farmworkers. Comfortable working independently to deliver social and educational services in migrant housing locations throughout Buncombe County. Effective time management and organizational skills. Possess own transportation and hold a valid North Carolina Driver's license and auto insurance. Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
