JOB REQUIREMENTS

Looking for a vibrant person who is willing to assist in various roles as an In Home assistant. This person should beenergetic as they will be assisting threechildren in differing age brackets. Thisperson should also have a somewhatflexible schedule. This person shouldalso be positive as they will be a direct influence to the children. The applicant should dress, and speak respectfully. Non-smoker preferred but not required. Applicant should be able to complete the following daily duties:

DUTIES INCLUDE

: (and are notlimited to):

• Care for children
• Transport children to and from variousactivities
• at least 1 hour of homework housekeeping duties includes ,washing clothes folding clothes, Bathrooms, assist childern with chores,
• Cleaning the children's living spaces, such as their bedrooms, bathrooms and playrooms
• Preparing meals for the children according to their specific needs and taste
• Taking children to all their scheduled activities and appointments, including school, various classes and play dates
• Providing an overall environment that enables the children to safely learn and play
• meal preparation
• Passion for working with children
• Patience and communication skills to successfully interact with the children, understand their needs and make them be receptive to your requests
• Organization skills to create a daily schedule that encompasses all the activities the parents want their children to attend
• Problem-solving skills to be able to successfully deal with everyday issues that inevitably occur
• Cooking and cleaning skills for nanny roles that also imply additional duties, such as making meals for the children and cleaning their living spaces
• occasional overnight services Applicant must possess :
• High School diploma
• Valid NC Driver's License, Car

• Maintain a clean and organized space for the children, including tidying up toys and cleaning up after meals
• Follow parents' instructions regarding routines, schedules, and any specific care instructions
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's activities, behavior, and any concerns that may arise

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in babysitting or childcare is preferred
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to prioritize the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children of different ages and their parents
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
