Job Description

ABA Tutor Salary is determined based on individual experience, and the range may not include differentials which are based on team assignment. The salary range posted reflects the starting salary for the position and does not represent the maximum potential earnings. •$2,000 Sign-on Bonus No experience? No problem - full training provided! Tutors work directly with students to help them acquire skills and participate successfully throughout the school day, utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) across all settings within the public school. Provide direct instruction in sub-separate and inclusion classrooms Support case management through data collection, lesson preparation, and curriculum modification Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to implement individualized learning plans Case management responsibilities may include: Data summary Generating lesson materials Modifying curriculum What You ll

Need:
Bachelor's degree preferred Interest in working with children or young adults in special education Strong communication and teamwork skills Valid driver s license and reliable transportation Completion of NECC training, including CALM safety and de-escalation procedures CPR certification (child, adult, and AED) is provided by NECC within 6 months of hire.
