exams, as well as specific academic subjects like biology. Looking for Part-Time Tutors Are you an experienced Biology tutor or teacher looking to work with motivated students in a supportive, professional environment? Do you have a strong track record working with students in Middle School and High School? Do you enjoy one-on-one instruction and helping students build confidence and get measurable results? Breakaway is seeking a passionate and engaging Biology tutor to work with students in Honors Biology and AP Biology. Tutors who join our team are able to set their own schedules for one-on-one sessions. Compensation starts at $30 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience tutoring or teaching Biology (Honors or AP level strongly preferred) 2. Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field 3. Has reliable transportation 4. Passion for teaching middle & high school students and strong social skills 5. Strong verbal and written communicator 6. Multiple positive references 7. Experience with AP Biology curriculum and AP exam preparation preferred Please note: Selected candidates may be asked to complete a brief online skills assessment to demonstrate mastery of core Biology concepts.
