As a Tutor, you will leverage your expertise to develop engaging lesson plans, utilize innovative learning technologies, and create a supportive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Responsibilities Design and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles Utilize various learning technologies and digital resources to enhance the educational experience Support students with special education needs by adapting teaching strategies accordingly Track progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents or guardians Collaborate with educators, parents, and caregivers to align instructional goals and strategies Skills Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for different age groups Proficiency with learning technology platforms and digital educational tools Knowledge of early childhood education, preschool experience, or special education practices is a plus
