STEM Tutor (Coding / Robotics / Math / Physics)

Future Sphere (FS Education) is a growing STEM education center with campuses in Flushing, Brooklyn, and Syosset. We are currently hiring passionate and knowledgeable STEM tutors to join our team. Candidates may choose to work at one of our three campuses: Flushing, Queens Brooklyn Syosset, Long Island Subjects We Are Hiring For Applicants should be able to teach at least ONE of the following subjects: Coding / Computer Science Scratch Python Web Development Java Physics Middle School / High School Physics AP Physics VEX Robotics VEX IQ Competition experience preferred Math SAT Math

AMC 8 / AMC 10/ AMC 12

Competitive Math preferred Responsibilities Teach STEM classes for students ages 6-18 Prepare and deliver engaging lessons Support students with projects, competitions, and problem-solving Communicate professionally with staff and parents Maintain a positive and encouraging classroom environment Qualifications Strong knowledge in at least one STEM subject area Previous teaching or tutoring experience preferred Strong communication skills Passion for education and working with students Undergraduate or graduate students are welcome to apply Competition experience (AMC, USACO, VEX, etc.) is a plus Schedule Flexible part-time schedule available: Weekday afternoons/evenings Weekends About Future Sphere Future Sphere(FS Education) is a STEM-focused education center serving students across NYC and Long Island. Our programs include coding, robotics, mathematics, physics, and competition preparation. Our students have earned awards in VEX Robotics, AMC competitions, and other national-level STEM events.
