  • Queensbury Union Free School District Queensbury Union Free School District is currently seeking a NYS certified tutor to support students within the district — with an immediate need for daytime hours.
 Sessions may be held on-site or off-site depending on the specific situation.

$44 per hour

Job Qualifications NYS certification required Responsibilities Provide individualized instruction and tutoring services in specific subjects. Tailor lessons to meet each student's learning needs and goals. Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement. Develop personalized learning plans that cater to their academic challenges. Monitor and report on student progress. Regularly adjust lesson plans and strategies based on student performance and feedback. Help students with test preparation, homework assignments, and study skills to enhance their academic success. Communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on progress and discuss any concerns or additional support needs.
