Our mission is to inspire, mentor, and empower children through creative arts, education, athletics, and life-enrichment programs. For the past several years, we have partnered with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations throughout the Cleveland area to provide impactful after-school, summer camp, and enrichment programming for students K-12. We are more than just a company — we are a movement focused on helping young people discover confidence, creativity, leadership, and purpose. We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and dependable instructors who either have experience working with youth or a genuine heart for mentoring and inspiring children. Creative Writing Art & Painting Film & Photography Tutoring & Homework Help Cooking Sports & Athletics Entrepreneurship & Life Skills Theatre & Performance Arts What You'll Do As a Flower Child Instructor, you will help create a safe, exciting, and positive environment where students can grow socially, creatively, and emotionally.Responsibilities Include:
Arrive at the school/program site at least 15 minutes before student arrival Check in with the Site Coordinator upon arrival Assist with student sign-in and supervision Distribute snacks when applicable Lead engaging and structured enrichment activities Encourage student participation, teamwork, and confidence Maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment Serve as a positive role model and mentor for students Help support special events, showcases, incentives, and celebrations What We Provide We believe in setting our instructors up for success.You will receive:

Must be at least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation Positive attitude and professional energy Strong communication skills Passion for working with children and youth Preferred (Not Required): Experience teaching, coaching, mentoring, or leading youth programs Experience in creative arts, athletics, education, or STEM CPR/First Aid certification (a plus) Why Work With Flower Child?
