Assess student progress regularly through assessments and feedback, adjusting lesson plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement. Support students' language development by integrating additional languages such as Mandarin, French, Japanese, or other relevant languages when appropriate. Maintain detailed records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson documentation to track growth and inform future instruction. Proven experience in teaching or tutoring English across diverse age groups and skill levels. Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with learning technology platforms used for remote or hybrid instruction. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and engage students effectively. Experience working with children or in early childhood education settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of special education strategies to support learners with unique needs is a plus. Multilingual abilities such as Mandarin, French, Japanese or other languages are advantageous but not required. Demonstrated ability to work well with students from different cultural backgrounds and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
