We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable Academic Tutors to join our team. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or small-group tutoring sessions to students in middle school and high school. Assist students with academic subjects such as Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies, SAT, and AP courses. Develop personalized learning plans based on students' academic goals and needs. Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback. Communicate professionally with students, parents, and team members. Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment. Attend occasional team meetings and training sessions as needed. Qualifications Currently enrolled in or graduated from an accredited college or university. Strong academic background. Previous tutoring, mentoring, teaching, or educational experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and responsibly. Passion for helping students succeed academically. Bilingual English and Mandarin Chinese is a plus. Experience with SAT, AP, or college admissions preparation is a plus.
