Our goal is to help children reach their fullest potential by guiding them in a discovery-based, inclusive and engaging atmosphere. All of our lessons are created and curated for each student, for every lesson. This position allows you to be expressive, resourceful, and creative as a teacher. We are looking for someone who has experience working with students of all abilities including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, among other diagnoses. Also able to teach math in levels starting at pre-calculus and up.

If you have a full-time position, please consider it before applying. The way our services are offered, tutors are expected to spend time planning and writing lessons for every session. You will not be given any lesson plans beforehand because our tutors should be experienced with lesson planning as we specialize in this. Most students request after-school hours, ranging from 3:30-8pm. Weekends are available but up to family and tutor discretion. We are looking for long term team members that can mesh into our educator team. •Candidates will go through a 3-step process for interviewing.• 1) Initial responses via Indeed Messenger2) Sample lesson plans submitted within 48 hours3) In-person or virtual interview, including a mock lesson presentation This position is for a hybrid tutor with some in person sessions at our Round Rock learning center location, and occasional virtual sessions based on our learners' needs and requests (must be comfortable teaching remotely). This tutor will have 1:1 tutoring opportunities with our students. The tutor is responsible for developing their own lessons (materials and resources are provided) and teaching all content. The tutor will also be responsible for communicating progress to families and scheduling their own 1:1 sessions. Tutoring will consist of general education academia, working with students of all ages, elementary to high school, and occasionally adult-learning when requested/available. This position will also require some additional office duties like prepping materials, cleaning up/disinfecting and opening/closing the center, when working in person/onsite.'
