Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom atmosphere that promotes learning and growth. Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and resources. Qualifications Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential. Strong classroom management skills to maintain a productive learning environment. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Familiarity with learning technology tools that enhance the educational experience. Previous experience in preschool or early childhood settings is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with students and parents.
