Local school, neutral location (like a library). Job description TPAPT is searching for Experienced, Part-Time, In-Person, ACT or SAT tutors to join one of our local chapters. Just to be clear, this is not a remote position. All tutoring is done from a local school, a client's home, or at a neutral location such as a library. What You'll Do Meet with a cohort of students one on one or in a small group setting to teach test prep skills up to 10 hours per week Collaborate with our chapter in order to generate and execute specific plans for each student and attend client-specific case review meetings Priority will be given to candidates who are willing to work one weekend day. We are open to see students all day on Sundays and from 2pm -9pm ET on weeknights. Requirements Bachelor's Degree Exceptionally clear and patient communicator Ability to thrive and demonstrate confidence in a fast-paced environment Intimate knowledge of both the SAT and ACT, what these tests assess, and why a student could be advised to take one test over another Demonstrable track record of having tutored all sections of both tests in a paid capacity Reliable transportation
