as a Smart Thinkers Elementary Bilingual Tutor, where you'll inspire young minds and foster a love for learning in a bilingual environment. We are dedicated to providing personalized educational support that empowers students to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions in both English and Spanish. Develop customized lesson plans that align with student needs and learning objectives. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Utilize engaging teaching methods and resources to enhance language skills. Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning goals. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance tutoring skills.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or working towards it. Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills. Prior tutoring or teaching experience, especially in elementary education. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children. Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans. Familiarity with educational technology and online tutoring platforms. Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude towards learning. Background check clearance and relevant certifications preferred.

We are a growing tutoring company dedicated to helping students of all grade levels build confidence and strengthen their academic skills through engaging, personalized learning experiences. While we serve students across multiple grade levels and subjects, this position is primarily focused on supporting elementary students in reading and math in both English and Spanish. Our tutors work to create positive, encouraging learning environments that help students grow academically while building confidence and a love for learning. We offer both virtual and in-person tutoring sessions, with in-person meetings typically held at local libraries and community spaces. At Smart Thinkers, we value patience, communication, reliability, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed. We strive to support not only our students and families, but also our tutors by providing flexible part-time opportunities and supplying students directly to our tutoring team.

Part Time:

Up to 4-5 hours per week

Pay Range:

$17-20 based on experience
