Tutor

```Duties```

• Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and academic levels
• Assess students' learning needs and develop personalized lesson plans
• Help students improve their understanding of specific subjects or skills
• Assist with homework assignments and test preparation
• Use a variety of teaching methods and learning resources to engage students
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to address individual student needs
• Stay up-to-date with educational trends and learning technologies ```Qualifications```
• Mississippi Teaching Certification Required
• Bachelor's degree in Education, or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience working with students or children in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
• Proficiency in learning technologies and online tutoring platforms
• Classroom management skills and ability to maintain a positive learning environment
