We focus on being responsive, relationship-driven, and highly personalized. This is not a learning center model. It is a concierge-style service built around each family's needs. This is a fast-moving role where responsiveness, organization, and follow-through are essential. Although you will work with clients and tutors nationwide, you will specifically manage our Atlanta business. About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, people-oriented Account Manager to serve as the main point of contact between families, tutors or coaches, and our internal team. This role includes client relationship management, matching students with the right tutor or coach, coordinating onboarding and first sessions, maintaining organized systems, and supporting ongoing recruiting efforts. The goal is to create a smooth, high-touch experience that leads to successful, long-term placements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Client Management Respond quickly to new inquiries through phone, email, and web leads Gather key information about students and their needs Guide families through the onboarding process Follow up after first sessions and maintain ongoing relationships Matching and Placement Match students with the best-fit tutor or HomeworkCoach Communicate with both families and tutors throughout scheduling Ensure first sessions are confirmed and set up smoothly Operations and Systems Track all activity in CRM and internal systems Keep detailed notes, statuses, and next steps updated daily Monitor upcoming sessions and confirm payment before first lessons Manage multiple leads and placements at once Recruiting and Hiring Support Post job listings on platforms such as Indeed and other channels Review resumes and identify strong candidates Conduct phone screens and interviews with tutors and coaches Coordinate onboarding steps including paperwork and background checks Build and maintain a strong, reliable network of tutors and coaches What Success Looks Like Fast, thoughtful responses to families Strong matches between students and tutors or coaches Organized systems with clear notes and tracking Consistent follow-up and communication A steady pipeline of high-quality tutors and coaches High client satisfaction and long-term placements Qualifications Strong organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities at once Proactive and responsive work style Problem-solving ability and good judgment High level of comfort with technology, able to learn new software and systems quickly
Preferred:
Experience in education, tutoring, coaching, or youth support Experience in account management, recruiting, or customer success Experience interviewing or hiring candidates
Work Structure Pay Rate:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience).
Classification:
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position . As a contractor, you will be responsible for your own self-employment taxes and equipment (computer/high-speed internet).
Schedule:
Approximately 20-30 hours per week. You have the flexibility to set your own daily schedule, but consistent 5-day availability is required to respond to families and keep open client requests forward.

100% Remote, although we will give preference to candidates who reside in the Greater Atlanta, GA area.
