Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable certified teachers who have their Orton Gillingham training (or experience teaching the Science of Reading) to work with students to enhance their reading and writing skills. Hours are 4:00-7:00 Monday-Thursday or 9:00-12:00 on Saturday. Amount of days per week is flexible.
Responsibilities:
  • Work one-on-one with students to provide reading and writing support
  • Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs and learning styles
  • Help students improve their Executive Functioning skills
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
  • Create a session summary to communicate with parents and center director
Schedule:
  • Flexible over the summer; Hours in the Fall from 4:00-7:00
