Compensation & Tiers Your hourly pay is tied directly to the subject tier you are matched with. You always see a clear breakdown of the economics in your portal. Standard Academic (K-12): $45.00 per hour

College Readiness & Test Prep:

$70.00 per hour How We Work We handle the matching: You do not have to bid for jobs, message strangers, or compete on price. We match you with families based on your subjects, availability, and geographic location in Austin.

We handle the logistics:

We take care of parent onboarding, background checks, and automated billing. You log your session notes and hours, and we handle the rest.

Total flexibility:

Build your schedule around your university classes or primary work commitments. Requirements Subject expertise and teaching skills in one or more academic areas, such as Math, Science, English, or other disciplines Reliability, warm communication skills, and a desire to act as a genuine mentor. Reliable transportation to travel to in-person sessions at families' homes or local libraries across the Austin area. Willingness to complete a standard background check before starting.
