Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor who is proficient in upper level math from 6th to 12th grade, SAT/ACT Prep. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in tutoring and education, with the ability to work with students of various ages and learning levels. This role involves providing personalized instruction and fostering a supportive learning environment to help students achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs. Assist students in understanding complex concepts and improve their academic performance. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as necessary. Communicate effectively with students and educational staff regarding student development. Create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere that encourages student participation. Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Skills Strong experience in tutoring, with a proven track record of helping students succeed academically. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate students and collaborate with staff. Experience in early childhood education is advantageous. Ability to engage with students of all ages, including those requiring special attention or support. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple students' needs effectively.
