as a Part Time/In Person Bilingual Reading & Spanish Tutor in Katy, TX! This exciting opportunity allows you to inspire and educate students while utilizing your language skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Smart Thinkers LLC is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Bilingual K-3rd Reading & Spanish Tutor to provide in-person tutoring services in the 77493 area. Sessions take place at local libraries and focus on supporting elementary students in reading and Spanish language development. At this time, the position includes 1 hour per week with an assigned student. Additional students and hours will be offered as enrollment grows. Responsibilities Provide engaging one-on-one tutoring in reading and Spanish Create a positive and supportive learning environment Communicate student progress with Smart Thinkers administration Arrive on time and prepared for each session Follow company policies and tutoring expectations Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish Experience working with elementary-aged students Strong reading and literacy instruction skills Reliable transportation to tutoring locations in the 77493 area Ability to work independently and professionally Teaching, tutoring, or educational experience preferred Schedule In-person only Summer availability required Evening availability preferred Currently 1 hour per week with opportunity for additional hours as more students enroll Smart Thinkers LLC is an equal opportunity employer committed to helping students build confidence and achieve academic success.
