Instructor - Mathnasium (Keller) We are hiring an Instructor in Keller to join our growing team of educators who are passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed in math. This Instructor role is ideal for friendly, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working with kids — no prior teaching experience required. We will teach you everything you need to know! The Instructor position is a great opportunity for teachers, tutors, college students, and anyone interested in education, leadership development, or child-focused work. Quick Role Summary As a Mathnasium Instructor , you will work directly with students in a supportive, fun, and structured learning environment. You will deliver effective and engaging math instruction, motivate students, and help them build confidence while learning foundational and advanced math concepts. This role blends education, relationship-building, and student support. What We Offer $12-15 hourly rate Part-time position with flexible scheduling Opportunities for Growth and Leadership Development across multiple centers Paid training — we teach you the Mathnasium Method Supportive team environment with ongoing coaching What You Will Do Deliver effective and concise math instruction as an Instructor Work with students in a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment Motivate and inspire students to build confidence in math Support students with individualized learning plans Track student progress and communicate with the Center Manager and team Assist with daily center operations as needed Create a welcoming experience for students and families Core Responsibilities Student Instruction & Engagement Relationship Building with Students and Families Instructional Support & Progress Tracking Classroom Support & Center Operations Requirements Primary Objectives & Skills Comfortable with math concepts up to Algebra Ability to connect with children and parents Experience working with children preferred (not required) Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Willingness to learn and grow as an instructor and teacher Strong communication and teamwork skills Schedule & Availability This is a part-time Instructor position with flexible hours .
