At Magikid Robotics Lab, we offer a wide range of K-12 robotics courses encompassing engineering, AI programming, humanoid robots and game development. Our approach centers on project-based learning, designed to nurture students' curiosity and problem-solving abilities. Deliver engaging classroom instruction using Magikid's teaching materials and lesson plans, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning experience for students. Employ effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive and productive learning environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback on their performance. Collaborate closely with fellow instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience. Maintain regular communication with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress. Assist in organizing and participating in marketing events to promote Magikid's educational programs. Contribute to the daily operational needs of the lab as required.Requirements:
Genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for Technology and Education. Demonstrated commitment to helping students succeed. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, although not mandatory if the candidate can effectively demonstrate the ability to teach our curriculum. Prior experience working with students in an educational setting, such as tutoring or classroom instruction. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques tailored to various age groups, ranging from K to 12 educations. Possesses patience, empathy, and the capacity to build positive relationships with students.Preferred Experiences:
Previous experience in teaching STEM/STEAM-related courses to children. Experience in coaching robotics competitions Past employment at a technology company or startup.Note:
