With over 3 million hours of tutoring delivered, our personalized, data-driven instruction supports measurable student growth. Position Overview We're hiring Instructional Support Specialists to work on school sites, providing individualized learning in Math and Reading . This role uses research-based strategies to help students meet grade-level benchmarks and accelerate learning. Requirements 60+ credit hours toward a Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in tutoring Math across middle school ( 6th-8th ). Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Passion for closing achievement gaps and student success. Schedule & Pay Monday - Friday 12:30pm-2:00pm Possibility of weekends $25/hour Why Join Us?
