You'll work directly with students of all ages and skill levels — helping them build genuine confidence and mastery in mathematics using the Mathnasium Method. This is a great opportunity for educators, recent graduates, or anyone passionate about making math click for kids. Responsibilities Deliver individualized instruction using the Mathnasium Method and provided curriculum Assess each student's current skills and tailor sessions to close learning gaps Create an encouraging, low-pressure environment that builds student confidence Track student progress and communicate updates to center director and parents Maintain accurate session records and completion logs Participate in paid onboarding and ongoing training sessions What we're looking for Strong working knowledge of calculus, algebra, and geometry (college coursework or equivalent experience) Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed Excellent verbal communication and ability to explain concepts at multiple levels Reliability and punctuality — students count on consistent support Prior tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus, not required High school diploma required; college enrollment or degree preferred
Pay:
$17.50 - $18.50 per hour
