YOUnique Minds Tutoring YOUnique Minds Tutoring is hiring! We're looking for passionate, committed tutors to support K-12 students through personalized instruction — both in-person (locally) and virtually when needed.
About Us:
YOUnique Minds Tutoring is a locally owned company providing high-quality academic support across Southeastern Wisconsin. Our certified teachers and experienced tutors help students build confidence and success in reading, writing, math, and other core subjects. We specialize in one-on-one and small-group tutoring designed to meet each learner's unique needs.
Position Overview:
Provide individualized academic tutoring for K-12 students Design engaging lessons based on each student's goals and school curriculum Communicate progress and feedback with families Tutoring sessions offered in-person (Kenosha priority, Oak Creek optional) and virtual Flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Education or related field preferred) Teaching license or prior tutoring/teaching experience strongly preferred Strong communication and organization skills Reliable transportation for in-person sessions
Compensation & Details:
