Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Private Tutor to inspire and empower one 9 yo 4th grade boy. In this role, you will deliver personalized instruction tailored to one child's needs, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment. Your expertise will help him achieve his academic goals, build confidence, and develop essential skills for lifelong success. Duties Develop customized lesson plans aligned with individual student goals and curriculum standards, Knowledge of special education strategies and classroom management techniques for diverse learners, Utilize learning technology tools to enhance instruction and facilitate interactive learning experiences, Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly, Support student with classroom management techniques to foster focus and positive behavior, Communicate effectively with the child, Maintain detailed records of sessions, progress reports, and lesson plans to track development over time, Proven experience in tutoring or classroom teaching across diverse age groups and educational settings, Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning methodologies, Excellent communication skills to connect with student and parents effectively, Experience working with children, including early childhood education background Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs and learning styles,

NOTE :

This child needs help developing executive skills, Knowledge of the Montessori Method would be helpful, though not essential.

Pay:

$22.95 - $27.64 per hour
