Duties Officiate soccer matches by enforcing game rules, making accurate calls, and managing on-field conduct to maintain fair play. Monitor the game for rule violations, fouls, and safety concerns, ensuring a safe playing environment for all participants. Manage conflict situations swiftly and professionally, mediating disputes between players or coaches when necessary. Collaborate with event organizers to prepare the field before matches and conduct post-game inspections. Keep accurate records of game scores, incidents, and disciplinary actions as required. Promote positive sports experiences by encouraging teamwork, respect, and enjoyment of the game. Qualifications Prior experience or strong knowledge of soccer rules and gameplay. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with players and spectators. Proven conflict management abilities to handle disputes calmly and fairly during high-pressure situations. Experience working with adult sports programs is preferred. Ability to remain attentive and make quick decisions during fast-paced matches.
