Potential Umpires must have professional appearance, maintain effective and good communication, and have a basic understanding of softball/baseball. MOA instructors will provide ongoing virtual and in person training. Membership is required and will be explained during interview process. Must be able to officiate youth softball games, background check will be required. Requires moderate periods of standing and athletic movements.
