Sports Basketball Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Referee to oversee sports games and ensure fair play. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sports and possess excellent conflict management skills.

Duties:

• Officiate sports games ensuring all rules are followed
• Enforce sportsmanship and fair play among players
• Make real-time decisions on game-related issues
• Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
• Provide coaching or guidance to players when necessary

Requirements:

• Strong conflict management skills to handle disputes on the court
• Experience in sports coaching or officiating, preferably in basketball
• Ability to effectively communicate with players of all ages, including children
• Knowledge of game rules and regulations to enforce them fairly and consistently
