This is a 1099 contractor role with earnings directly tied to the number of clients you train—ideal for motivated trainers looking to build their own client base and increase income potential. This role also offers an exciting opportunity to lead engaging baseball activities, foster teamwork, and promote healthy physical activity among children and adolescents. Your enthusiasm and coaching expertise will create a fun, safe, and motivating environment that encourages skill-building, sportsmanship, and confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on youth while developing your coaching and leadership skills. Duties Plan and deliver age-appropriate baseball drills, games, and skill-building exercises for children of various ages and skill levels Foster a positive team environment by promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and respectful behavior among participants Monitor safety during all activities, ensuring proper use of equipment and adherence to safety guidelines Provide clear instructions and demonstrate techniques to help students improve their baseball skills Manage behavior effectively using proven behavior management strategies to maintain focus and engagement Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about participant progress and upcoming events Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in a recreational setting Knowledge of baseball rules, techniques, and game strategies Ability to motivate children while maintaining a lively, energetic approach that encourages participation This position is ideal for individuals passionate about youth development through sports.
