SCHEDULE:
Nights and Weekends. Hours will vary, based on the time of year and availability of the employee. Most employees in this position work between 10-20 hours per week.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Are you passionate about public service and enjoy staying active in a hands-on environment? Join our team as a Part-Time Field/Gym Supervisor, where you'll play a key role in setting up facilities, supporting programs, and ensuring a safe, welcoming space for the community. Join Team Apex - you want to be here! The Field/Gym Supervisor position will be responsible for supervising youth and adult athletic programs, including open gym, soccer, basketball, volleyball, baseball, football, and softball.
A SAMPLE OF THE ESSENTIALS
Monitors the facility during open gym free play to ensure compliance with established guidelines. Serves as the facility supervisor during athletic games and practices. Supervises scorekeepers, athletic officials, and volunteer coaches. Keeps the official score for baseball, softball, football and basketball games. Performs facility inspections to ensure participant safety. Maintains athletic equipment during the season. Performs program, incident, and injury reports. Enforces rules and town policies. Performs related duties are required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment. Must have a minimum of 6 months customer service. Possession of a valid North Carolina driver's license.
