Hourly (based on experience) About FUTbarrio FUTbarrio is more than soccer, it's community, culture, and creativity. We create a space where kids can fall in love with the game through street soccer energy, freedom, and expression. Our programs focus on development, confidence-building, and joy over competition. Role Overview FUTbarrio coaches are mentors first, coaches second. You'll lead sessions that are fun, engaging, and development-focused for players of all skill levels, especially recreational players. Your job is to create an environment where every kid feels seen, supported, and excited to play. Key Responsibilities Lead and assist training sessions for ages 3-12 Create a positive, inclusive, and high-energy environment Teach fundamental soccer skills through small-sided games and street-style play Encourage creativity, confidence, and self-expression Manage groups of players safely and responsibly Communicate clearly with parents and staff Represent the Futbarrio culture on and off the court Coaching Philosophy (What We Expect) At FUTbarrio, we value: Fun first.
