Minimum Qualifications Current Del Mar College student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours while employed. Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Willingness to learn and ability to take feedback and apply promptly. Demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal & time management skills. Preferred Qualifications Kinesiology Major. (submission of transcripts with major required with application) Officiating experience in basketball, volleyball, or football. First Aid/ CPR certified. (documentation of current certification required with application) Knowledge and/or participation in intramural sports. Basic knowledge of sports and rules.
