Job Description:

To assist, lead and administer related duties and activities in full compliance with NFHS, WIAA, Greater Metro Conference, and Elmbrook School District policies. A successful candidate for this position will be able to demonstrate and will possess: Previous coaching experience. A coaching and learning philosophy that includes thoughts on the role of athletics in an educational setting, winning and losing, character education, and leadership development. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. The desire to work cooperatively with the high-achieving athletic programs and the athletic department at Brookfield East High School. Must meet WIAA and district certification requirements. The ability to work diligently to assist all student-athletes to maximize their academic as well as athletic potential. Demonstrate a strong interest and commitment to the development of the student-athlete physically, mentally, and as a leader. A positive mental attitude.
