Flag Football Officials & Referees

Join a passionate community dedicated to the wholesome development of youth through the sport of football. Chippewa Valley Youth Football (CVYF) , a non-profit organization established in 1973, is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Flag Football Officials and Referees when our 2026 season begins in August. The 2nd largest youth football organization in the state of Wisconsin, we serve over 750 players across eight counties, and our officials are essential in maintaining an atmosphere of safety and competitive balance for our athletes. The impact you'll make as an official, you aren't just calling plays; you are serving as one of the leaders these young athletes look up to. You will directly contribute to the benefit, growth, and general welfare of youth in the Chippewa Valley by ensuring a fair and positive game-day experience.

Position Details Pay Rate:

$20.00 per game .

Time Commitment:

Each game lasts approximately one hour. About 2-3 games a night.

Schedule:

Season begins in August and will end mid October. Games take place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings at our CVYF Weber Fields in Chippewa Falls.

Requirements & Support Age:

Applicants must be 15 years of age or older.

League Support:

CVYF fully supports and helps our officials succeed. We provide access to USA Football and WIAA resources, CVYF rules, and regulations to help you feel confident and prepared on the field.
