This position supports multiple classrooms ranging from infants through Pre-K, helping to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with children of various ages, adapts easily, and is passionate about helping them learn and grow. Responsibilities Support lead and assistant teachers in daily classroom routines Supervise children to ensure safety and well‑being at all times Engage children in play, learning activities, and established curriculum Maintain classroom cleanliness and follow health & safety procedures Assist with diapering, potty training, meal times, and transitions Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Step into different classrooms as needed throughout the day Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children (preferred) Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing needs throughout the day Strong communication and teamwork skills What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Paid training Supportive, family‑focused work environment Opportunities for advancement Childcare discounts PTO and benefits for eligible employees, including health insurance and 401K Each Goddard School location is privately owned and operated by Goddard Franchisor LLC franchisees.
