We support parents, families, and educators. One of the biggest challenges homeschoolers face is consistent and connected community. We help to overcome this challenge by offering Waldorf-centric enrichment services and specialty courses in subjects or formats that aren't possible in the home. Waldorf Certified Bachelor's degree or higher Organized lesson plans with creativity and love Experience with healthy classroom management Experience managing parent relationships and collegial relationships Experience teaching Waldorf Pedagogy Waldorf Certified or enrolled in Waldorf Teacher's Training program Ability to manage classroom, parent relationships, and collegial relationships Excellent Communicator and invested in heartfelt conversations Passionate about Anthroposophy and Waldorf education Willingness to undergo background check and fingerprinting Excellent Collaborator - collaborative leadership
