EDCOE pays $540/month toward medical; no cost dental, life insurance, EAP, long term disability; $4.64/month vision; CalPERS retirement. Length of Work Year 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 10 months/year, 211 days/year Employment Type Full Time Mandatory Testing Multiple choice test link will be sent after application deadline and is due by 10:00 p.m. Sunday, July 12, 2026. Job Purpose Statement:
Under general direction of the Food Services Supervisor, coordinates food service; prepares and serves meals and snacks.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Education at a level to demonstrate the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described. Must possess a valid California Driver's License and evidence of insurability.
Experience:
Prior experience in quantity food preparation, cooking, and serving; successful interaction with children. Work experience in an educational setting is preferred.
