Minimum Qualifications Required:
Must hold or be eligible for a Florida Educator Certificate covering either Business Education, Technology Education, or Computer Science. OR a District Vocational Certificate in Computer Service, Infomation Technology, Cyber Technology or Electronics.
District Vocational Certificate:
A Bachelor's degree related to the teaching assignment and two years or more of occupational experience in the area of the teaching assignment; Less than a Bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 6 years of occupational experience related to the area of the teaching assignment. Recency of experience: At least 6 weeks of occupational experience gained within the 5 year period immediately preceding the date of application for employment.
