Founded in 2007 through the vision of Derrick Brooks and the Edward J. DeBartolo Jr. family, BDCHS provides a rigorous college and career-preparatory education within a small, safe, and supportive environment where students are known by name and supported academically and personally. The school offers a challenging curriculum that includes Honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and Dual Enrollment courses, along with opportunities for experiential learning and community engagement. BDCHS has earned repeated "A" ratings from the Florida Department of Education, is accredited by Cognia, and is recognized as a high-performing charter school, guided by its Phoenix SOAR values: Show Kindness, Own My Actions, Act Responsibly, Reflect and Grow. Job Qualifications:
A valid Florida Educator Certificate is required. Three years of teaching experience and completion of ESOL requirements are preferred. Ability to teach Dual Enrollment and/or Advanced Placement courses is preferred. We are looking for educators with experience and expertise in developing course curriculum for the following areas:
