Job Summary The College of Education at Georgia Southwestern State University invites applications for a full-time Lecturer position in teacher education. The non tenure track position is a 10 month appointment to begin August 1, 2026.
Responsibilities of this position include:
teaching; academic advising; supervision of student teachers; engaging in professional development activities; service contributions to the College of Education and University, and promoting student success.
Required Qualifications For Lecturers:
Master's degree in Teacher Education, Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and Instruction or closely related field is required Preferred Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates with K-12 teaching experience, higher education teaching experience, and demonstrated ability to teach using technology in the classroom and/or online course delivery.
