School Year Qualifications:

Meet Department of Education Certification / Licensure Requirements. CTE license considered Experience with teaching welding and agricultural courses preferred FFA advisor experience preferred Ability to work cooperatively with staff, students, and parents. Experience or familiarity with Professional Learning Communities.

Duties:

Possesses the best qualifications and trainings to meet the needs of the students Has a working knowledge of strategies to meet learning goals and needs of students. Support district initiatives (PLCs, Implementation of High Quality Instructional Materials, Implementation of Engagement Strategies) Presents the strongest interview Evidence of being collaborative, has a growth mindset and is flexible
