What You'll Do Teach engaging driver education classes for teen students Provide one-on-one behind-the-wheel instruction Guide students through real-world driving situations with patience and encouragement Create a positive, supportive learning environment Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills and confidence Follow Top Driver's curriculum, instructional standards, and safety protocols Serve as a trusted mentor and role model for young drivers What We're Looking For We're seeking energetic, reliable individuals who: Enjoy teaching, coaching, or mentoring others Communicate clearly and confidently Are passionate about safety and education Thrive working with teenagers Have a positive attitude and professional demeanor No prior driver education experience? No problem. We provide the training you need to succeed. Flexible Scheduling We understand work-life balance matters. You'll receive the support, tools, and guidance needed before working independently with students. Candidates who already hold an Illinois State Board of Education Substitute Teaching Certificate —or are willing to obtain one—may qualify for an abbreviated training process.
