Top Driver provides a comprehensive paid training program and industry-leading curriculum to prepare you for success. You'll receive the tools, support, and instruction needed before working independently with students. Candidates who hold an Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) Substitute Teaching Certificate —or are willing to obtain one—are strongly encouraged to apply and may qualify for an abbreviated training process.
